Hi everyone
Thought I'd send a holding e-mail so that you know what the latest and greatest addition to the family looks like. She still has no official name but is currently masquerading under the nickname of 'puddin'! Cathy and Dave were leaning towards a boy so the majority of the name options were for a girl with a winkle aka Blackadder - ach weel, it doesne always work oot the way way ye think!
For completeness and for those statisticians out their, I know you Americans love that stuff, she was born at 09.30 on 8 January and weighed in at 7lb 8oz. Cathy and babe are in excellent health and are back home adjusting to the new normality. Myra, Aunt Myra, Mum is staying over with Cathy and Dave for a few days to help with the transition and I'm keeping my head down! I've included several photo's taken when she was a day and a half old so you are now all officially 'in the picture'. No doubt Cathy and Dave will get some more photo's out to you all when they have a spare hour or so - might be some time yet.
